Welcome: Noeline Newton

We return to our Normal Venue with President Ted in the chair with members back from Vietnam. Noeline Newton will be our Guest Speaker and she will be telling us about Oz Tag in Liverpool. Noeline is a past recipient of a PHF from the Rotary club of Liverpool West and has been a champion of our community for many years.

Looking Forward - Next week: Ovarian cancer, 23 Aug: VVP trip report night at Bach Dang with numbers needed by Friday 13 Aug. The Police Officer of the Year Presentation night with first class entertainment is a highlighted event on 20 Sep, followed by our Charity Golf Day event on 19 Oct. On a completely voluntary basis, Ann first established and has run a social group, currently 22 strong, for the past 18 years for persons in the local community with disabilities, known as the Saturday Friends, with no personal attachment, but simply because she recognised the need.
