RSVP is then requested by Wednesday 29 February 2012 to John Gibbs on 0425 340 190 or email johngibbs@exemail.com.au The Rotary Club of Liverpool West will run the raffle on the night as it would have otherwise been their turn to run the great debate which has been replaced by this night. Net proceeds may go to Polio Plus excepting where the GSE committee has determined other expenses should be covered. It is then envisaged that the raffle will pay for meals of guests including GSE Team members, 1 host per member and the Mayor if we are successful with our invitation.
An inter club meeting will be advised for the new year prior to events held, to finalised outstanding detail. |
