Conference registration – Early Bird discount available until 30 November. John Gibbs has forwarded forms and has them at our meetings. Once you have registered could you please give John a copy to enable him to report to District.
Conference Accommodation – Your advice and deposit are required by our meeting on Tuesday 1 December. A choice exists for 1 Bed Apartments at $69.00 a night, requiring a $40.00 deposit or 2 Bed Apartments at Sevan for either $200.00 or $220.00 per night, with a deposit of $200.00 required. Accommodation will be for arrival 19 and departure 21 March 2010 unless otherwise advised. Receipt book is open and first in first served.
