Excursion

We are finishing the year with a flourish and a number of commitments and payments are required over the next few weeks:

• Liverpool Art Show Launch – Payment for tickets will be accepted at the club on 3 November.
• Pride of Workmanship nominations finalise on 17 November. Pride of workmanship it is a partner’s night on 1 December with numbers required by our AGM on November 24.
• District 9690 Conference registration – Early Bird discount available until 30 November. I have forwarded forms and carry forms at our meetings. I wish for a copy of all registrations.
• D9690 Conference Accommodation – Your advice and deposit are required by our meeting on Tuesday 1 December. A choice exists for 1 Bed Apartments at $69.00 a night, requiring a $40.00 deposit or 2 Bed Apartments at Sevan for either $200.00 or $220.00 per night, with a deposit of $200.00 required. Accommodation will be for arrival 19 and departure 21 March 2010 unless otherwise advised. Receipt book is open and first in first served.
• Nelson Bay Excursion Saturday and Sunday Events –Commitments and payment in advance to the Club is required by Tuesday 1 December. Saturday options are;
• 9.45 am, meet in car park before walking to Marina for Dolphin Watch Cruise on Tamboi Queen. A bus will then return us to the Bowling Club where a 2 course lunch will be served from 12.30 pm – all inclusive at $25.00 pp
• 1.25 pm, meet in car park for option to take Bus to Winery and Brewery tour, Departure from brewery is then intended for 3.55 pm. $10.00 per single, $15.00 per couple.
• 1.45 pm, meet at Winery to organise ticketing for ½ hr Brewery tour from 2.00 pm followed by Wine tasting, $5.00 pp covers tour and sampling.
• 6.30 pm, Xmas Dinner - $45.00 pp – Add options to dinner cost to calculate your payment.
• Sunday, 12 Noon – Bub’s Seafood Café – in big blue building at Marina – Price Guide; entrée: $5, mains: $8.90. Best Seafood, best Fish & Chips awards – Ted needs numbers.
• Milano’s Xmas Dinner - Commitment and payment requested by 8 December.
