- Two 9690 Group Study Exchanges in February-March 2011:one GSE to District 3470 Taiwan and the other as Neighbouring Country GSE to District 3860 Philippines
- Interviews for Team Leaders and Team members will take place in June 2010
- D.3470 suggested vocations could include conservation architecture, agriculture, emergency service , journalism and any others
- D. 3860 will be targeted due to the humanitarian needs of the District and the type of exchange (includes Cebu which has been assisted by our District through the projects led by PDG Bill Little and Village Aide). Suggested vocations: council admin., emergency services, child care, housing, dental and medical care.
- Both Outbound Teams will be away concurrently Saturday 12 February 2011 to Saturday 12 March 2011
- Both Inbound Teams will arrive Sunday 6 March 2011 and depart Wednesday 6 April 2011
- Graham also advised Team Leader interviews to be held in June 2010
- Interviews for Team Members then to be held in August 2010
