Our Annual Miller College Awards Night is almost upon us. This year we have 8 eight high calibre nominees from the Electrical, Sheet Metal, Business Administration, Stonemasonry, Child Studies, Plumbing, Information and Carpentry & Joinery faculties of the College who will all receive a plaque and a cash award from the club. From these nominees, Vocational Service Director Peter Houghton and his interviewing panel will select an over all winner who will receive a further cash award and have their name added to the Roll of Honour at the College. These awards will be presented at a special dinner to be held at the Liverpool Catholic Club on Tuesday, 4 May 2010 (6:30 for 7:00 p.m.) – Members, Partners and Guests are welcome.
Following the Dinner a Member of the Club will attend the Faculty Presentation night to hand over a Cerificate of achievement to the awardees.
Our Club has been involved with the College since it was founded with some members havings served on the original advisory Committee.
Again this year we wish to acknowledge the special assistance and effort that Inga Milenkovic, from the College Management Unit, has given to us.
