The Alec Muggleton Four Ball Ambrose Charity Golf Day was held on Wednesday, 20 October 2010 at a new venue, the Camden Lakeside Country Club. Attendance was slightly down on previous years, however, for all who turned up to play golf as well as those who came for the presentation dinner a very enjoyable time was experienced.
Proceeds from the day will be donated to three worthy organisations:
· St Vincent de Paul Liverpool Night Patrol
· Oz harvest
· Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service
Some frenzied and serious competition was experienced for all the available prizes and following are the results from the day:
Winners Yates Wood Products – Gordon Yates, John Wellard, Steven Chensee
Runner-Up Matt Alexander, Jerry Chao, Andrew Gilliver, Shane Gough.
3rd Place LA Kennett/Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service
Lockey Kennett, Mal Mutton, Tony Wood, Brett Christinsen
Bradman Prize (last) Fairfield Veterinary Hospital – names withheld for shame reasons.
Nearest the Pin 9th Hole – Brian Brown 120cm
16th Hole – Matt Alexander 103cm

Proceeds from the day totalled $15,275.00. Cost of the golf costs yet to be deducted.
A special thankyou to all of whom participated and to those who assisted with the organising and preparation on the day. Special mention for Peter Houghton for extracting $400.00 for the latest model Bridgestone donated Pro Golf Bag.
