For the past two years we have joined forces with the Cabramatta Club to debate a joint team from Liverpool and Greenway Clubs. Both events were held at Hunts in honour of Kevin Jackson who was a member of the Rotary Club of Liverpool. Liverpool West hosted the event in 2008, Liverpool hosted the event in 2009 and Liverpool Greenway hosted the event in 2010. The Cabramatta Club now has the opportunity to confirm the venue, set the topic and/or rules. The date has been moved from Feb due to a busy agenda in that month.
Sat 12 Mar 2011 - Multi District President Elects Training Seminar, LCC
The three Rotary Clubs of Liverpool will cater on this day. David advised us at the Dec Presidents meeting that he has a budget of $10 to $12 and would like to keep to $10. He envisages we provide cooked chicken pieces and salad, served with disposable plates and utensils, plus cans of soft drinks and perhaps some fruit. 300 President Elects are expected. We need to confirm as a committee what we will do and confirm our volunteers. Persons are welcome to the committee and we note that lack of seating may result in bread rolls as opposed to disposable plates.
