Tonight is a Members only night. Accounts for year ended 30 June 2010 will be presented to members, we then aim to officially elect a board for the 2010/2011 year and members will also be given the opportunity to vote yes or no on the transforming of ShelterBox Australia into a multi-District organisation of Rotary International Zone 8.
Our President circulated information on ShelterBox as provided by district and relevant information was included in our bulletin of 23 Nov 2010. Same is easily accessed by visiting our website, visit news category international or from the home menu type in shelter box in the search feature. A club Forum may follow as time permits. We look forward to a strong turn out and support of members.
Tonight is the last night a circular will be sent around the club for members wishing to attend the Bach Dang Christmas night on Tues 21 Dec as Dr Hong has asked for numbers by Fri 10 Dec and we have no meeting next week on the 7th as it has been transferred to Sat 4 Dec when we are off to Q Station to checkout if their Quarantine Facilities are suitable for President Peter, Bob Cook and Sam and their coughs. Of course they may wish to try out the facilities for themselves.
