Vietnam Doctors – Confirmation provided that registration and accommodation has been arranged for the three Vietnamese doctors attending the Rotary District Conference during March 2011. Transport and other activities are being planned.
District 9690 Conference – agreed that the Rotary Club of Liverpool West, the Satellite Club and VVP will establish a stall in the House of Friendship featuring the Vietnam Vision Project.
Networking Night- with the Cumberland Chamber of Commerce is being arranged for Monday 7 February 2010. Several local Rotary clubs and VVP representatives will be in attendance. Further information will be published when known.
Westfield Liverpool Fundraiser: To be held on Sunday 19 Dec 10. Volunteers most welcome to assist on the day. Ted Mlynarz will obtain information in respect to centre opening times.

Vietnam Trip – a group of VVP members will be travelling to Vietnam during December to plan and investigate activities for the annual operation during July/August 2011. The next VVP monthly meeting will be held at the end of January 2011, actual date to be provided.
