Fund Raising

The club has three major fund raising projects during each year:

Children’s Circus Extravaganza Appeal: this is a telemarketing appeal which usually runs from September to March each year and contacts businesses seeking sponsorship for the Circus and other projects. The Circus is a variety Circus (no animals) and is held in the grounds of Liverpool Catholic Club, Joadja Road, Prestons, NSW 2170. Each year over 14,000 attend this event over the 4 days. it is held.

The Appeal is conducted on behalf of the Club by Projects for Children Pty Ltd (ABN 28 145 072 948), from offices on Level 3, 193 - 195 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW.

Alec Muggleton Memorial Golf Day: This event is held in October each year and is supported by sponsorships from local business and individual teams. What a gerat way to support us - enter a team. If you don't play golf send your clients or reward your staff. The cost of sponsorship is fully tax deductible for businesses. Warwick Farm Trackside Market BBQ: Every Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon  we conduct a breakfast BBQ at the growers market. These markets have been voted the best fresh food markets in Sydney by the Sydney Morning Herald's  "Good Food Guide". As well as raising funds for Rotary Projects the morning provides a great opportunity for fellowship between members..

Other fund raising events are held for specific purposes at  various times during the year.
