ZOOM Meeting 10 August 2021
We had 15 in attendance at our last meeting and from all reports most are coping with our new world.
A board meeting was held following the members meeting and the Board discussed the following:
- Youth Service Director Sonny Hoang is to proceed with the School Service Awards, emailing Schools in the near future;
- Pride Of Workmanship Awards will be postponed until after COVID Restrictions are eased; and
- Efforts will be made to have Guest Speakers at future ZOOM Meetings.

Our Guest Speaker will be Jose Brosas from CORE Community Services who will join the meeting at 6:45pm.
Jose was scheduled to attend a Club meeting, but this was cancelled when we went into COVID arrangements.
CORE Community Services are a not-for-profit community organisation which has been operating in South West Sydney for almost 40 years. They were previously known as Cabramatta Community Centre, but due to growth and the far reaching nature of our services, re-branded in 2015 to CORE Community Services to highlight our dedication to all local communities in South West Sydney.
The Club recently provided support to them to provide COVID Stay at Home resources to members of our Community and Jose will speak on this.
With everyone in lockdown many of you are probably turning to the Medieval practice of Illumination
